About Jessica

My goal is to make yoga accessible and convenient for everyone.

I want to share all the incredible benefits yoga has given to me!

I appreciate the many facets of yoga, but as a teacher, I really hone in on the physical side of my practice.

Are you ready for stronger glutes? I’ll get your butt in shape (no, really)! Through a series of dynamic flows, isometric holds, balancing postures, and utilizing your own body weight/resistance, I’ll strengthen your entire body.

Or we can slow it down with more mindful and nurturing movements that melt away tension, create space in the body, clear your mind and increase mobility.

I want to help you create a consistent yoga practice that you can use as a tool for everyday life. A tool to create a stronger body and mind. A tool to boost confidence and body awareness, to increase energy, and fight aging. And as a tool to release the tensions and stress of a demanding work day, travel day, holiday, kids… basically anything life throws at you.
